I just finished a full cycle of | Rains to Dry back to Rains in the Giza Plains, zoning to the | Westersand and back the entire time, and I didn't get the sandstorm | condition in the Westersand a single time during the Dry - on the | other hand, when it went back to Rains, I got the sandstorm on my | first try, and tend to get it at least once or twice out of every | three tries. =============================================================================== Garamsythe Waterway ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | no weather effect C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Rabanastre Palace ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | no weather effect C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Nalbina Dungeons ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | no weather effect C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Barheim Passage ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | no weather effect C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Skyferry travel ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | sunny C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Nalbina Town ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | sunny C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Bhujerba ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | sunny C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Lhusu Mines ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | no weather effect C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Leviathan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | no weather effect C | There's nothing you can do about weather changes in this area. =============================================================================== Ogir-Yensa Sandsea ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- W | sunny, cloudy C | Whenever you enter Ogir-Yensa Sandsea via GCR or Strahl, or by coming | Dalmasca Westersand (good shot at either sunny or cloudy), Zertinan | Caverns, or Nam-Yensa Sandsea, the weather will be sunny *or* cloudy. | Sunny -
